Are P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers accepted for Sephora shipping?

Sephora does not send to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers since all packages must be signed for. Only legal residential or home addresses that Sephora can mail the order to are accepted for shipping by Sephora. If you prefer that Sephora deliver your order without a signature, Sephora will not be responsible for any misplaced packages. You will be solely responsible for any request for authority to depart without signature.

Orders from Sephora International

Through our collaboration with international e-commerce service provider Borderfree, Sephora offers shipping to other countries. What must I do if my order is still on the way?

Please click the link provided in the shipping confirmation if you would like to monitor and check the status of your order. You can input your tracking number on Shippit or in your Beauty Pass My Account. The tracking box is located in the page's upper right corner. When your package is on its way and prepared for delivery, Sephora will send you an email to let you know.

What do I do if I typed the wrong address?

Unfortunately, once the transaction has been paid for, the delivery address cannot be changed. Once you have your tracking information, please contact the courier to amend your address. For undelivered packages with incorrect or invalid addresses, the courier will charge an extra fee for changing the address. If the order has the incorrect address and the package is delivered, Sephora will not be responsible for providing a replacement or a refund.

Order statuses at Sephora

"Order Placed". Your order status will change to "Placed" once you've placed it on Sephora and your credit card has been authorized.
"In Progress". Your order will be delivered to our warehouse after you place it for processing and packing before shipping. Your order status will read "In Progress" throughout this period. The order will be processed and ready for shipping in 1–2 business days, so please allow for this. Your order cannot be modified or canceled once it reaches the "In Progress" status.
Delivery of an order - "Shipped" Your order's status will change to "Shipped" after it has left our warehouse.
Order Shipping Status: "Partially Shipped" Once one of the shipments from your order's numerous shipments has left our warehouse, the order status will show as "Partially Shipped.
"Return of the Order: "Returned" Processing the return and crediting your credit card account can take up to 30 days. Your order's status will change to "Returned" after it has been processed and returned. As soon as Sephora has processed your return, you'll receive an email from them.

About Sephora

The first Sephora store opened on August 14th, 1969 in Paris. In 1993, Dominique Mandonnaud bought it. He then combined it with his own chain of perfume stores to form Sephora. Mandonnaud is credited for creating and implementing Sephora's "assisted self-service" sales model, which broke from then-common retail strategies for cosmetics by allowing customers to trial goods in-store before buying.

Through the 1990s, Mandonnaud maintained the growth of the Sephora name, establishing its flagship location on the Champs-Élysées in 1997. NARS Cosmetics, Make Up For Ever, Too Faced Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Urban Decay, Benefit Cosmetics, Amazing Cosmetics, First Aid Beauty, Lancôme Cosmetics, Sunday Riley Skincare, philosophy, Jo Malone London, Atelier Cologne, YSL Beauty by Yves Saint Laurent, Tatcha, Huda Beauty, Kat Von D, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics are just a few of the more than 300 brands represented at Sephora. Additionally, Sephora sells its own brand of accessories, tools, and cosmetics. The company's elongated flame emblem appears in conventional black print on packaging for the brand. Elizabeth and James, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's fragrance collections, and Marc Jacobs' beauty brand were both introduced by the company in 2010.
