UPS found that the postal code on the label was wrong or incomplete and changed it in its system. The parcel is moving through the UPS network toward the corrected address. It is usually in transit between facilities or on a vehicle heading to the local delivery area, not yet at your door.
This message by itself is an exception, though a minor one. A correction means the parcel may have been routed wrongly at first, so the journey can take longer than the previous steps suggested. It does not mean the parcel is lost, and the update shows UPS has already fixed the problem.
The parcel should continue through the usual stages: arrival at a UPS facility near the corrected address, loading onto a delivery vehicle, and then delivery. A new scan will normally appear as it moves. If the street address was also unclear, UPS may contact the sender or recipient for details.
