UPS had planned to send your parcel to a UPS Access Point, a shop or locker where parcels are held for collection. The parcel did not qualify for that, so UPS has dropped the plan. It is still with UPS and will go out again to the address on the label, not to a pickup location.
This message by itself is an exception, though a minor one. It means the route changed, which can add a stop before delivery. It does not mean the parcel is lost or returned. Whether you see a delay depends on how the next delivery attempt goes.
The parcel returns to the normal delivery route for your address. The next update is usually an out-for-delivery scan, followed by a delivered scan. If nobody can receive it, UPS may leave a notice or try again.
