"Commercial Inside Release" is a UPS checkpoint that relates to commercial clearance. It usually appears when a parcel moving across a border has been released from a hold, or is being released for onward handling, at a UPS facility. The parcel is inside a UPS building, not at your door and not lost.
This message by itself is normal. It is not an exception or a delivery failure. Because it is a miscellaneous status, it does not say whether the parcel is on time. If the next scan takes longer than the previous steps, treat that as the sign of a delay, not this line.
After release, the parcel normally goes back into the regular network. Expect further scans such as departure from the facility, arrival at another UPS location, and then out for delivery. If any duties or taxes are still owed, UPS may contact you about them before delivery.
