Your parcel has reached UPS's import stage in the destination country, where international shipments are checked before they enter local delivery. UPS had not received the usual advance shipping details for it, so the parcel could not be processed automatically. UPS is now sorting out the missing information itself. The parcel is in a UPS import facility.
This is an exception, not a routine scan. It does not usually mean the parcel is lost or damaged, but it can add a pause while UPS matches the parcel to its records. Parcels sometimes show an "unable to deliver on schedule" notice just before it.
Most often, in about half of cases, the next update says a hold on the package has been resolved. After that, the parcel usually gets a warehouse scan and moves on. In a smaller share of cases, it goes into customs clearance or waits for release by a government agency, and UPS says it will notify the sender or receiver if more information is needed.
