UPS has recorded that your parcel is moving through its network and will be sent on to a UPS facility in the city where it is due to be delivered. The parcel is not yet at that final facility. It is usually at an earlier hub, in transit between facilities, or waiting for the next transfer. Parcels crossing a border often show this line while they pass through export and import handling.
This message by itself is normal. It is a routine progress update, not an exception or a sign of a problem. It often follows a general "in transit" update, and sometimes a transit delay notice. If the delay notice came just before it, the parcel is moving again but may still be late. Nothing in this line promises a delivery date.
Most often the parcel is scanned as it departs a facility. Many parcels instead show a release by a government agency, which means customs clearance is complete. Others show an export scan, or another arrival at a facility. A small share go straight to delivered.
